      Shipping information shows that the order should have arrived a few days ago, however the package never arrived. Shipping updates had very little details if any. The whole process was not very transparent. I’m willing to change my rating if this resolves. I’m hoping I didn’t get scammed.

      I don’t need to refund anything, everything was perfect. the packaging was a little messed up but, that was because of the mail lady

      I love HWLF offers this service along with their awesome products. Although I haven't had to return anything
      yet, knowing my products are protected plus the option is there for free return should I need to exchange for a different size for example is a huge perk. Plus, their super great customer service is stellar- always responding very promptly! Love love love HWLF and all they offer and stand for!
