For most items, in the unlikely situation that your product is faulty, you can send it back to us for a refund within 30 days from ordering it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

At this time we do not offer exchanges due to stock constantly changing and we have found it better for the customer to return and then just reorder right away. We have found that the customer receives their desired order much faster!

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 5-10 business days.
