EXCHANGES:


  • At this time, we do not offer exchanges. We are sorry for the inconvenience!
  • Due to fluctuating stock and limited inventory, we have found that returns for refunds, then re-ordering a product, ensures a more efficient and successful ordering process for the customer. Please see below for Return information.

RETURNS


IMPORTANT INFORMATION:


  • Returns must be made within 20 days of the delivery date. You must use our return label. If you utilize any other labels or addresses that you have found that we did not provide to you, we will not permit a refund. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • Shipping and Route Protection are non-refundable. Refunds are for the item price paid at time of checkout, after any promo codes are applied to the order.
  • Refunded funds may take 5-10 business days to show up on your method of purchase (credit or debit card, PayPal, Amazon Pay, etc.)
  • If your item was bought using a Store Credit or Social Ladder code, please contact us during Live Chat hours or via the Contact Us page.
  • Please review the Sale Orders section below to see if your order is applicable for a return and refund.
  • In the unlikely situation that your product is faulty or incorrect, please see our FAQs page and visit theDAMAGED/INCORRECT ORDERS underORDER ISSUES AND EDITS Section. We are happy to repair any mistakes we might have made.
  • Returning a bundle: all items within the bundle must be returned for the bundle to be applicable for a refund. (Example: just returning one shirt or one pack of bracelets from a multi-item bundle will not be applicable for a refund of any kind.)

    REFUNDS


    SALE ORDERS:


      • We do not allow returns, exchanges, or refunds for any orders purchased during major sale events. This includes, but is not limited to: Black Friday, Labor Day, Christmas, New Year’s, April Fool’s, etc.
  • Unless an incorrect item was sent, your order will not be applicable for a return, exchange, or refund. 
  • Sale orders are final.
  • DISCLAIMER: This doesn’t refer to items placed with small promo codes via email or ambassador programs. If you are confused and need further clarification, please reach out to us during Live Chat hours or via our Contact Us pagebefore placing your order!

  • PROMO CODES/PRICES:


    • Only one promo code per order.Be sure you applied the desired promo code before placing the order.
    • We are very sorry about this, but we do not apply missed promo codes on orders. There are promo codes provided during checkout online, via the mobile site, and on the app! We do apologize for this inconvenience. The price your order was processed for is final and we do not have the ability to retroactively change the order. 
    • Prices are subject to change. We do not apply sale prices to past orders or price match for future sales.

    DAMAGED/INCORRECT ORDERS:


    • We apologize for the mess up and we want to fix it as soon as possible! :)

    • Please include the 6-digit order #, the name you ordered under, and photos of incorrect or damaged items. We will need these to help process a replacement order for you!
