Returns & Refund Policy

Thank you for your order and support for He Would Love First! We hope you love all of your merch, but just in case your order doesn't work out, we have a quick and easy return process set up just for you! 

ARE RETURNS FREE?

If you are choosing to return your item for a refund, store credit or exchange, you will be subject to cover the return shipping fee. This fee will be deducted from your refund.

If you opt-in to purchase Package Protection + Free Returns at checkout, your first return shipping fee will be covered.

Original Shipping fees and Package Protection are Non-refundable.

All returns are subject to the guidelines outlined in our Return Policy below! 

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
  • Returns and exchanges must be initiated within 20 days of delivery.

  • Items must be returned in order to receive a refund or exchange of any kind.
  • Items must be in their original packaging, unworn, with tags still attached if applicable.
  • Your return will be processed upon arrival at our warehouse
  • Original shipping cost and package protection will not be refunded.
  • If we cannot accommodate your exchange request due to insufficient inventory, you will automatically be issued store credit.
  • Depending on your bank, it may take up to 10 days for your refund to show up in your account.
  • To make changes to your return or cancel a request, please contact customer service at support@hewouldlovefirst.com
  • If you utilize any other labels or addresses that you have found that we did not provide to you, we will not permit a refund. 
  • Items on sale are non-refundable, but you may exchange them or return them for store credit, so please contact us via Live chat. 
  • Returning a bundle: all items within the bundle must be returned for the bundle to be applicable for a refund. (Example: just returning one shirt or one pack of bracelets from a multi-item bundle will not be applicable for a refund of any kind.) Bundles are not available for exchange.

    *ITEMS CAN BE DENIED FOR RETURN IF ANY OF THE FOLLOWING APPLY:

    • Washed and/or worn
    • Stains or deadorant marks
    • Detached size/wash and care tags
    • Animal hair
    • Odor of any kind, such as smoke, cologne, or detergent
    • Mystery Items

     

    SALE ORDERS:
    • Items on sale are non-refundable, but you may exchange them or return them for store credit, so please contact us via Live chat.
