Horrible shipping!

I placed an order on 12/2/24 and never heard a word from the company until I sent a message 2 weeks later and they told me to wait 12 business days. I waited 15 business days reached out again and they told me sorry wouldn’t make it before Christmas! These were Christmas presents.
I didn't receive them until January 4. All they ever said was sorry! Which not sure what they could do but wish they had been more proactive and knew they didn’t have the products on hand to ship and were probably waiting for their own products to come in stock. Don’t sell if you can’t ship!
