Long Shipping

Ordered before Christmas and paid for expedited shipping, it’s been over 22 days since my order date and I still haven’t received them. Tried contacting customer service via chat and email. They never answered my chat and took several days to get back to me via email. Have not seen the product yet to even review it. I would probably not order again.
